www.FileFort.co.in (the “Website” or “Site”) and the FileFort
App (including the FileFort Mobile App and the FileFort Web App (collectively referred to as the
“Platform” ) are internet based resources owned and operated by Softdoc
Management Private Limited, together with its affiliates, successors, and assigns (hereinafter
referred to as “the Company”, “we”, “us” and
“our” as the context may require). We are committed to safeguard the privacy of
our users,
visitors and all other persons who access the Platform (herein referred to as
“you”, “user” and
“your” as the context may require).
This Privacy Policy describes the type of material information collected from users, including
Personal Information and Sensitive Personal Information (details provided in Clause 1.1 below)
and Usage information (details provided in Clause 1.2 below) relating to an individual, or an
organization or body corporate, whether incorporated or not. It also describes the manner in
which we collect, receive, store, process, use, transfer, protect and disclose Personal
Information and Sensitive Personal Data or Information of users through the Platform.
This Privacy Policy forms a part of the terms of use of our Platform (“Terms of
Use”). By
visiting and using the Website and/or downloading the App, or the Platform as a whole, you
accept and consent to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to change the terms of this Privacy Policy, however we will be providing a
prior intimation for any such change. You are requested to review any such intimation and
further give your consent for the same.
1. Nature of Information Collected
1.1. Personal Information and Sensitive Personal Information
- All information provided to us, when a user registers or subscribes to services, or on the
Platform, including name, address, telephone number, email address, gender etc.
- All information that a user chooses to share on the Platform such as documents shared with
us or other user generated content that may be uploaded on our Platform.
- Other information such as full name, email address, postal code, password, gender, mobile
phone number, address and other information of individuals you may provide in order to
validate your account.
- Anonymized Data, as defined in the applicable Terms of Use, which is de-identified,
de-aggregated and/or altered such that it cannot be connected or linked to any specific
user.
- Financial information such as bank details, credit card details, debit card details, account
details, PAN card details or electronic wallet details that may form part of any personal
information shared by you.
- Health information such as medical records, health information, biometric information, and
other information pertaining to your or your employee’s physical, psychological and/or
mental wellbeing, uncluding medical presciriptions, lab test results, medical bills,
receipts, reports. which may form part of any documents or information you provide to us.
1. Usage Information
- Technical information such as your IP Address, login information, operating system, browser
type, the page served, time preceding page viewed, purchase history, search history, length
of visits, metadata (data about other information collected, such as date, time, size etc.).
- Log file information, i.e., information automatically reported by your browser upon
accessing the Platform.

Demographic data, profile data about users and behavioural information such as documents
viewed, average time and length of the session, etcetera.

Information from your mobile phone such as mobile number, device type, contacts list,
location, IP address, login information, search history, the length of visits, metadata etc.

Information in relation to use of our services, collected and stored information about you
to process your requests and automatically complete forms for future transactions, including
(but not limited to) your phone number, address, email, and document details. This
information may be shared with third-parties which assist in processing and fulfilling your
requests, including payment gateway processors.

- We strive to ensure the security, integrity and privacy of your information and to protect

security measures to guard against unauthorized access to systems where your information is
stored.
