All our reseller program partners (resellers) are in the B2B market, mostly in digitisation, IT consulting, consultancy, office supplies or financial business.

In its simplest form, we will provide you with a registration link that your customers can use to register — that way, we know which customers to associate with you.

All FileFort monthly and yearly plans are eligible for resale. You can also offer single-tenant white-label system for your customers.
You can always give discounts within the range of the reseller discount that we provide to you as well.
You will receive your commission from every sale, starting from the very first sale you make.
Usually once a month, but this depends on our agreement with the reseller and the sales volume.

Your commissions will be calculated based on the following matrix:
- On New Subscriptions : 20% of Plan Value
- On Renewals : 5% of Plan Value
*Plan Value/ Renewal Plan Value/ Add-on Plan Value shall be the actual amount paid by the customer (before taxes) after deducting any discounts/ coupon codes/ any other promotional offer which the Company may run from time to time through FileFort website or social media campaign.
Pay-out is done once a quarter on the 7th of next month for all New Subscriptions/ Renewals/ Add-ons made during the quarter. For example, commission for January to March quarter will be paid out on 7th April.
The Company will deduct TDS on commission payout which will be deposited against Partner PAN
